My kids absolutely adore this! the play with it daily! its soft and sturdy. the covers come off easily for washing just go back on and as easy. the customer service is fantastic. my dog ate part huge one of the of square cushions. i reached out to see if i could purchase a replacement. they got back to me same day! unfortunately the shipping cost for a replacement cushion was much higher than the cushion but self so i declined it thats not the companys fault.
